INGENIOUS KITCHEN DESIGNS BY HOSPITALITY VETERANS
We know that hospitality kitchens are fast-paced, high pressure environments. And when it comes to your reputation, food quality and service are everything. That’s why our kitchens are designed to promote utmost quality control and productivity – bringing a smile to the faces of patrons, staff and management alike.
Your go-to for hospitality kitchen design
We are a dedicated team of seasoned hospitality experts, bringing decades of hands-on experience in the dynamic world of bars, cafes, and restaurants to every project we undertake. With a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the industry, we are uniquely positioned to ensure your kitchen operates like a well-oiled machine, delivering efficiency, functionality, and exceptional results.
Our extensive experience means we're not only focused on creating spaces that work seamlessly but also on helping you achieve long-term operational success. We approach each project with innovation and practicality, striving to design solutions that not only enhance productivity but also keep running costs low - because we understand that profitability and sustainability go hand in hand.
Proudly, we are the creative force behind some of Australia's most iconic restaurants and bars, including Vue de monde, The Prince Hotel, St Huberts Cellar Door, Balgownie Estate Winery, and Kaiseki Restaurant. Our 5-step process

Meeting
Zoom call or coffee, we’ll meet with you to learn about your hospitality kitchen vision, goals and budget.

Planning
Working with your architect, we’ll design the kitchen arrangement. And we’ll keep you engaged and involved every step of the way.

Designing
We’ll flesh out every tiny detail of your design – and then review tenders and value engineering if desired.

Building
We’ll review the contractor’s shop and services drawings and visit your site to ensure everything’s going as planned.

Handover
Once building is complete, we’ll do a final inspection. Any defects? We’ll write up a Defect List noting the required actions.
